Terms of use
The terms for using Tradeification.
Last updated 2026-09-22
1. Parties and acceptance
These terms of use are an agreement between you and the provider of Tradeification ("we", "us" or "Tradeification") when you visit, register for or use the service. By creating an account, ticking the acceptance box or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and accept the terms.
If you do not accept the terms, you must not create an account or use parts of the service that require sign-in.
2. Nature of the service
Tradeification is a digital community where members can share setups, discuss trading, follow rankings and use tools related to trading process and journaling. The service is not financial advice, investment advice, portfolio management or order brokering.
Content from other members, traders or the platform is information and inspiration — not personal recommendations. Past performance or others' results do not guarantee future results. You make your own decisions and bear the risk.
3. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and join the Community. You are responsible for providing accurate registration details and for keeping your credentials confidential.
You must not create accounts for others without permission, use someone else's account, or bypass technical limits, security features or moderation. Accounts are personal; sharing login credentials is not allowed.
4. Acceptable use
You may use Tradeification in accordance with law, these terms and the community guidelines. Among other things, you must not:
- post illegal, threatening, discriminatory or abusive content
- manipulate markets, spread misleading trading information for fraud, or encourage illegal activity
- harvest, scrape or mass-export data without our written consent
- disrupt the service, its security or other members' use
- impersonate another person, including Tradeification staff or verified traders
5. Content you publish
You keep ownership of content you create, but grant Tradeification a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, display, reproduce and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the service.
You are responsible for having the right to publish the content and for ensuring it does not infringe others' rights. We may remove, hide or restrict content that breaches the terms, guidelines or law. That does not mean we pre-review all content.
6. Broker connections and third-party services
If you connect a broker account via API or a similar integration, the connection is between you and the broker. Tradeification is a technical interface provider and does not receive, execute or forward orders on its own account.
Trading financial instruments, especially with leverage, can result in loss of all or more than the capital invested. You are responsible for understanding your broker's terms, risks and margin requirements before you trade.
7. Intellectual property
Tradeification, trademarks, design, software and other materials belonging to us are protected by intellectual property law. You must not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works of the service beyond normal use unless we have given written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data or losses arising from trading decisions based on information in the service.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance, supplier outages or force majeure may affect availability.
9. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time via settings or by contacting us. We may warn, restrict, suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms, the community guidelines or applicable law, or that pose a security risk.
10. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms when the service or legislation changes. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate way (for example in the service or by email). Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the new terms, unless law requires otherwise.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law, without conflict-of-law rules that would point to another law. Disputes should first be resolved through dialogue. If that is not possible, the dispute is decided by a Swedish court, unless mandatory consumer rules give you another venue.
